The location was marvellous, generally in need of refurbishment.

The location was unbeatable and handy, within easy walking distance of a public park. The room was fabulous and cheap with a balcony, a dog bowl full of treats, for example, had a good night's sleep.

The accessibility of these spots made my weekend strolls so much more enjoyable. As a single traveler, I appreciated that this place offers proximity to local eateries like Maryland Chicken and Jebu Tandoori, perfect for grabbing a quick bite after my adventures.

we loved the ideal location, and the helpfull staff. only 20 min walk to downtown. they offered us good meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The twin room was spacious and cozy. The location is great, on a quiet road in stoneygate but still within walking distance to the town, university, and local shops. I also appreciated that the hotel was nice and quiet...  

I had a decent stay with a clean, light-filled twin room, and the breakfast was good with hot options. The shower could have worked better. Would consider returning!

I stayed one night in a single en suite room. The room had decent Wi-Fi and a good-sized TV, but it was in need of maintenance-broken furniture and dated decor were noticeable. Breakfast was basic, and some items were served cold. I recommend for short stays, but improvements are needed for comfort.

We enjoyed the spacious family room which was ideal for our large family, and it was great to have our dog with us. The hotel even had a billiards table, a hit with the kids during our downtime.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy together .

The location was quite convenient, near parks and with good access to the city. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but the overall upkeep of the place left much to be desired.

Spartan room, clean room, with big windows providing plenty of light and a lovely view at treetop and rooftop level, alongside free Wi-Fi that worked perfectly throughout my stay.

The spacious Twin Room en suite was situated on a quiet road in a pleasant area, ideal for walking to local shops and the university. The hotel let me outside onto the street, claiming they were fully booked despite my reservation. The room showed signs of wear, which could benefit from some updates. Thankfully, no issues with access or malfunctioning facilities were experienced during my brief visit.

Excellent free Wi-Fi that helped me stay connected.

Bathroom tiles were missing and the shower had mould.

The room was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady on the late shift. I appreciated the free wifi and the cozy drink-making facilities in the room.

Absolute gem of a stay! Those local eats like Maryland Chicken and Jebu Tandoori were great, with flavours to make your taste buds dance. Plus, the Victorian vibe of the place really adds a touch...  

Decent stay with a comfy bed and great free Wi-Fi. The bathroom had mould and missing tiles, not ideal. Close to good eats and a golf course nearby.
